Scene from a nightmare

This was a request from Reddit to draw a scene from someone’s nightmare. See below for the sketch and the time lapse.

I normally don’t draw gore or horror, so this had me on edge while I was drawing it lol. I didn’t spend longer than maybe 15-20 minutes on it because I didn’t want this haunting my own dreams.
